Remote Backup - What do I do if I have forgotton my password?

Forgotten Login Password

  1. Go to the Remote Backup homepage
  2. Click on the 'forgotten your password?' link under the login fields.

  3. On the page you are sent to, enter either your account email or your login name
  4. You should be sent an email to your account address with your password.
